Advantages and disadvantages of owning a house:
-You must pay the natural gas, the water, the electricity and the community.
-You pay all the money if you want to buy a house.
-You can arrive home at 6 or 7 o´clock if you want it because you live alone.
-You can respect your neighbors
-You have to clean all the house and cook food, dinner...
-If you want, you can have a pet.
-You can smoke.
-You can change the furniture or paint the walls when you want.
- Follow-up:
- I think that living in an apartment or owning a house has more advantages than disadvantages. I don't have to explain anything to anyone. I could do all that I want. Nobody can say to me rules or something that I can't do. I would have a lot of privacy. All the things of the house will be mine and I wouldn't have to be careful as it wouldn't be mine. However, I have to pay more money to clear a mortgage.
- if I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment, I will live in the same flat that I live now because I like the apartment in this flat and I think that it's a good area because it has all near: the high school, the supermarket, restaurants, a church, a kiosk, a pharmacy, an ambulatory, parks and a library. so if I have to choose a place to live, I will choose my area to live. this flats have 2 or 3 bedrooms, so it's perfect.

-I think owning a house to live in has many more advantages than living in an apartment. Beginning because you can do what you want, not have to explain what you do, you have more freedom because you live in a house of your property other important advantage is if you have to make a reform in the home, changing some furniture or something, you can do it without permission. The only disadvantages of living in a house owning, may be paying a mortgage because as we are now with the crisis is very difficult to afford a home.
in the case of living in a apartment, the advantages that there are few, for example you are sure that if there are any problems the homeowner is going to solve it

In my opinion it's better to live in a homeowner because you can do whatever you want without depending on anyone. You can decorate the house to your taste, and spend all the ligh and water you want because you control the money that you spend. But I think an apartment is more cheaper than the homeowner and sometimes it's better to live here temporarily than paying the mortgage all your life.
If I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment probably I choose it in the old part of Vicalvaro because it has got a univerity, an ambulatory,a shopping center and other places that we need. And in this area the flats are more cheaper.

I believe that is better owning a house than living in an apartment as tenant. Because if you have a house you will have more freedom. If you break something, you won´t serious problem with the owner. You also will have your own horary. You would can have a pet and you would change the furnitue when you want it.
Some disadvantages would be pay the house, you would disturb the neighbors and maybe you would be far of some areas, like your school, the market ...

.I think owning a house has many more advantages that living in an apartment, although, on the other hand, there are disadvantages to be owning a house and advantages of living in an apartment. For example, owning a house you have more freedom and less worries, can do you want without following any rules, you have your own privacy, but on the other hand, you have to pay most of his life. In contrast to live in an apartment you have to be more careful, more responsibility and less privacy, but you have to spend less.
.If I had to choose a place to find an apartment, I choose the area where I live, it is a good area, good neighborhood, you have all the important places near, health center, supermarkets, shops, transport ... and above all tranquility, as it is not near the center and has a park next to house, to enjoy of this.

I think that all the things are advantages because If I am living in an apartment on my own I don't have to be worried about anyone, I don't have to depend of someone and things like that. But it can be a little boring have to do all the papers of the house, like the mortgage payment.
If I am looking for a two-bedroom apartment in my area I think that I would like to live next to the university, in the old part of Vicalvaro because I like to sleep a lot of and if it's near to this I will sleep more. And next to the university is the commercial center too, so it's fine.

II)The advantages of living in apartament:
1-If you have your own apartament, you don't share apartament with other person.
2-the decoration of house and the furnished is to taste.
3-You can go to the assembly with other neighbors.
the disadvantages:
1-The price is more expensive.
2-If you have your own apartament you have more responsibilities.

I prefer owing a home because if you live with other people, sometimes, you have to depend of their interests, and if you live alone, you can do whatever you want. For example, if you want to watch the TV or listening to music at night, you can, and if you live with other person and he wants to sleep early, you can’t do it. However, a disadvantage of owing a home is that sometimes you can be bored because you are alone in your house, and if you live with someone, you can talk or do things together. If you owing a home, you pay the price of the electricity and the water, so you control this uses.
If I’m looking for a two-bedroom apartment, I will choose one which is cheap, because I don’t have a lot of money, maybe one which is near the sports center, because in this area there are many of them and they are cheap. I will live with a friend whose likes are similar than me, to pay the half of the price, and go out with her.

1-Well, the advantages are freedom and comfort because you can do what you want when you want. Then you don't have landlords who can tell you something. Other advantage is that you can have animals and make parties in your apartment.
The desadvantage is that you have to pay a mortgage which is expensive.
2-I would be looking for an apartment near the subway or the bus station to move wherever I want.
Than I want to have a supermarket close to the apartment for go shopping and the university for study there.

1.-i thing that ia better to live in an apartment because if you are a estudent is cheaper if you share it confortable and is easy keep it clean but not everything is good because you can`t make noises, many times you can't have a pet and to do parties.in my opinion a house is better for a family and not for a student.
2.-i would like an apartment near of my university, well connected, cheep, medium size for share it with my best friend and to have a dog.

The advantages are that you can feel free to do whatever you want because it's your own house and no one can tell you nothing. You can also decorate it the way you like and the disadvantage is that is more expensive because you have to pay the mortage.
I would look for a house in a little village well connected with the city to drive quickly to school but not to be in the noise of it. Something small so it won't take me a lot of time to clean it and with a garden to have nature close to me , that's all I would ask for.

In my opinion the best way to live is in your own house because you are the only responsable of the things that happen in your house, you have prvacy, your own parties, no problems with the landlord , also you can decorate and improve your house with no problems, on the other hand the mortage could make you economical problems if you get fired and you can´t afford it, other important reason is that your roomates could be your friend and if you don´t have it you are alone.
In my opinion the best thing is to live in your own house because you will do ever what you want and can.

I prefer to live in my own house because you can do whatever you want in your home and you don´t need to give explications about what are you doing all the time, but is important to have control of the money that you waste because if you living alone you haven´t help to pay the house .
I´m looking for a house near the center because you have all around your house so you don´t need car , I want to share the flat to make it cheaper and also is important to me to live near the underground .
